Details: The Arctic Beasts collection of plates is an exclusive art collaboration between Tes-Ted studio, designer Antoine Tesquier Tedeschi, and Esprit Porcelaine from Limoges, France. Featuring line drawings of Arctic animals, the porcelain plates are “a sincere tribute to animal beauty” says the designer.
“With a natural elegance, wildlife faces the extreme severity of one of the most inhospitable environments today, threatened by mankind. Living in the silence of wild spaces peculiar to the northern regions these iconic animals characterised by a majestic beauty symbolise the priceless gift that Arctic biodiversity has offered us.”
The collection consists of six diner plates 27 cm diameter and six dessert plates 21cm diameter, each one decorated with an original creation by Tedeschi. The animals portrayed include
