Sandend Bookends by Juyoung Kim

Details: The bookends are made with a concrete base coated with washed sand. Metafaux designer Juyoung Kim was inspired by Spanish surrealist photographer Chema Madoz.

“This poetic conception can be explained according to subversion of intrinsic disposition of sand, which can not being solid. I think that the product can bring unexpected fun and uncanny mood in ordinary circumstance.” says Kim.
