Made by Bees Honeycomb Vase by Studio Libertiny
by sabine7 / February 1, 2010
For slow prototyping rather than that of a rapid nature, leave the work to the bees. The Made by Bees Honeycomb Vase from Studio Libertiny was created by 40,000 bees that colonized a vase-shaped hive. The resulting hexagonal comb will be featured as part of the Fabuleux Destin du Quotidien exhibition that opens this week presented by Belgium's Grand-Hornu Images and the Musée des Arts contemporains.
