The Conrad chain of luxurious hotels makes its way to Tokyo, with a new branch (opens July 1) located not far from the Shiodome area -- you get a view of the Hamarikyu gardens. Of course, it includes all the necessities that one would expect of the Conrad brand: great restaurants, bars, spas, and luxury suites that are to die for. It won't come cheap though.
