With rooms featured in countless magazines, it doesn't get much more stylish than the Claska, located in Meguro. Featuring a Transit produced lounge on the first floor lobby (appropriately called The Lobby), a small bookstore (stocking books that would certainly interest readers of this site), and a gallery space on the second floor, the hotel acts as a destination for residents as well as guests. Even their bicycles for rent share in the spot's design sensibility. It tops my list of places to stay while visiting the city.
