Details: After several years of engineering (we first saw it in 2007) the final Bloomframe window balcony is now available for architecture projects. Designers HofmanDujardin and Kawneer France have transformed the prototype into a final accessible facade product.

Seems like that might be prone to some leaks if it rains. I wonder how they seal the upper edge to prevent leaks.
