Award winning (including a charter award from the Congress for New Urbanism) San Francisco- and Denver-based architectural design firm Van Meter Williams Pollack specialize in modern urban infill projects - primarily housing and mixed-use projects - with a typically open, airy look. They are currently working on the closed UC Laguna campus in the Market area with a mix of housing, retail and office space, and are also actively developing a loft project in the Rockridge area of Oakland. The recently finished lofts in Piedmont, the adaptive reuse of a school building in Fremont, and many projects in the Denver area.
