Furniture designers & consultants Ted Boerner and Frank Pontes opened shop in 1988 and since then have expanded their offerings to many more made-to-order products which are sold through showrooms nationwide. Sleek designs that seem to fuse a sort of Craftsman-period ethos into essentially modern forms, Boerner's furniture is both smoothly cool and comfortably warm, due in part to the rich wood grain and wide range of plush upholstery choices available for their sofas and chairs.
