San Francisco furniture designer Jeanice Skvaril mixes style and comfort in her first available project, the Slice rocker. Both striking and comfortable, this piece is the first of - we hope - many new designs from Skvaril.

After completing two years of furniture design study at the California College of Arts in San Francisco, Jeanice ventured on her own to establish her company, SKVARIL. The Slice Rocker is her first piece to come to market.

Drawing inspiration from cantaloupe curves, the Slice Rocker is a playful solution to total-body support. Skvaril has introduced an inviting combination of color, shape, and materials in Slice'. Tangerine or vanilla wool, bent wood, and an exotic cork laminate are combined into a hip-rocking-recliner. This piece might be found solo, soliciting evening nappers in a boudoir or loitering in groups, passing time in a lounge.
