Fuelled by a healthily-exercised obsession with traditional print magazine covers (and the designers who make ‘em), Jaap Biemans and his Coverjunkie blog have taken the next natural step and spawned a one-off print edition, The Coverjunkie Magazine (cover, above). It’s 96 pages of full colour, featuring no less than 214 Coverjunkie cover picks from 2011, plus a nicely mixed complement of cover art director interviews, Reader’s Digest to Esquire. Plus, groupings of cover responses to some of the major news events of the last year. Eyecandy at its best!
