Focus! The Bike Valet by Reclamation Art + Furniture is the first product from this Northern California boutique furniture start-up that has its design sights set for now specifically on indoor bicycle storage. Created with the confines of urban apartments in mind, the cleverly minimal wall-mounted unit holds one bike, with two integrated hooks for helmets and other gear. The unit is laser cut and hand-bent from 1/8″ cold steel, and powder-coated for a durable finish. It weighs 6lbs, and extends 12″ from the wall to fit handlebars widths up to 21″, just fine for most urban road bikes. A paper mounting template and bolts are included. Colours are red, blue, black, cream white, pale green or grey, with a leather or neoprene pad. The first larger-scale production run is crowd-funding through Kickstarter.
