Subaru BRZ Concept STI

This concept version of the Subaru BRZ coupe, an STI from Subaru’s performance tuning division, is being shown this week at the Los Angeles International Auto Show. Instead of a turbocharged engine, the rear-wheel drive STI features a stock direct-injected 2.0-litre Boxer four that sits lower and farther back in the engine well enhancing torque and power (and lowering the center of gravity). The car also has a specially tuned suspension, Brembo brakes, and is 120 mm lower to the ground than anything else currently made by Subaru which should add up to some impressive handling.
