The electronic bike market is growing fast in Europe and Daimler’s Smart division is joining the fray with it’s own e-bike, a collaboration with e-bike maker Grace. Powered by a 250-watt electric motor with a 62-mile-range, the Smart Ebike uses a lithium-ion battery with an adjustable pedaling boost. Front and rear disc brakes recharge the battery with a regenerative braking system. The battery can even charge your cell phone with a built-in USB dock on the bike’s handlebars.
