Carrying forward the original Irish whiskey tradition, Single Pot Still Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength, the latest offering from the Single Pot Still distillery, takes you one step closer to the source.  The purist’s Irish whiskey hails from County Cork, Ireland, where it is triple-distilled from malted and unmalted barley in copper pot stills. Only a couple of distilleries still produce whiskey like this. This Redbreast  is non-chill filtered and cask-strength at 115.4 proof, for a taste described as something few outside the distillery’s warehouses get to experience—natural, full-flavored, pure and uncut. The first batch was limited to 98 barrels, so…look around!
