The new Nike Omar Salazar LR series extends Nike Skateboarding superstar Omar Salazar’s sneaker line with this signature midtop model in three all-new colourways (Midnight Fog/Abyss, above). The sneaker-tech focus is on Lunarlon cushioning technology, developed by Nike, according to one expert, “by observing the way astronauts bounded about on the moon, as though ‘on marshmallows.’” Colours, comfort and stabilization considerations aside, there is the OSLR sci-fi-esque mini-film with bonus footage that’s worth a watch!
