Ginself is a local artisanal quest for the perfect gin, well-situated in the foodie haven of Valencia, Spain. The base is high quality 96° sugar beet molasses alcohol, and spring water from Sierra de Espadá. Double-distillation is in small-batch 500 liter runs, in an 18th-century copper still. The all-important botanticals selection favours flavors of the Mediterrean region: tangerine, orange blossom, and tigernut impart the essential aroma and palate, along with sweet orange, bitter orange, lemon peel, Angelica seed, Angelica root, and juniper berries.
