A serious focus on football (soccer, that is), both real and imagined, fuels Japanese label F.C. Real Bristol, realized once again with their F.C.R.B. Spring Collection 2012, various technical pieces, fit for training, play or just casually zoomin’ around. F.C. Real Bristol is an imaginary football club, with an imaginary home stadium in development (a commissioned architect is on the job), and a very real line of branded sporting gear. Dropping this month, new practice jackets, shorts, track pants and undergarments, making good use of Nike Dri-FIT technology, a fabric that wicks moisture away from the skin to an outer layer where it can…evaporate. Designer Hirofumi Kiyonaga is the man behind the plan, which includes sponsorshop of real football and futsal teams in Japan, as well as growing the fantasy club.
