From venerable French luxury fashion house, Balmain, for Spring/Summer 2012, the Balmain Safari JL updates the very colonial British safari jacket. Tradition is upheld with four front utility pockets, metal buttons, and shoulder straps, all in beige-on-beige. This is one of the early Balmain creations under new head designer, 25-year-old Olivier Rousteing, who came out of the publicly unknown to take the wheel in April, 2011.
