Audi’s five-door Q3 SUV-meets-car crossover, launched in 2011, gets the high performance treatment with the Audi RS Q3 Concept, unveiling now at the Beijing Motor Show. Muscularity is delivered via a 360hp direct injection turbocharged 2.5 liter engine, with 0-62 mph in 5.2 seconds, and a top speed of 164 mph, with seven-speed S tronic transmission, and Audi’s signature Quattro all-wheel-drive.. The RS Q3 rides lower and wider than the Q3, with restyled grille, bumper with air intakes, and headlights, and new 20″ aluminum wheels. Inside, it’s mainly black, with dark blue Alcantara seat inserts framed by Nappa leather, and loads of other styling details involving steering wheel leather, blue luminescent glass fibers in panels, and more. A sleek and powerful, compact package for a very particular niche. Want one?
