We took an early look last Fall at the Arc’teryx Veilance 2012 Spring Collection, and here is more from this ultra-performance, minimalist streetwear line-up of jackets, sweaters, pants, and shirts. The lightweight Blazer LT (above left) is wind and rainproof, and breathable—protection with a sharply tailored fit. The Deploy Composite Jacket (below), is lightweight, hooded, windproof and weather-resistant, with large storage pockets, asymetrical main zipper, WINDSTOPPER 3L on the front, shoulders, and hood, breathable stretch plain weave nylon on the back and sides, and WaterTight zip technology. Also waterproof, windproof, and breathable, the 3/4-length Partition Coat (above right) features GORE-TEX 3L Active Shell fabric, and is packable. The Zip Cardigan (bottom), designed to layer seamlessly or stand alone, is warm and breathable, with a brushed Merino wool interior and smooth nylon facing. The utilitarian Isometry Pant features functional pockets and cotton/nylon fabric with articulated knee and gusseted crotch to ensure unrestricted movement.
