Zog House by Groves Natcheva

From Solidspace:

Zog House is modern prefab concrete family house built on a tight urban plot in Queen’s Park London. It encapsulates the revolutionary Solidspace split-level that binds together the heart of the home: the three key living areas of eating, living and working. This form maximises the perceived space through a clever play of light and volume. The house captures rainwater for use and also employs a heat recovery system to be as sustainable as possible.
