Economy of design: Fårstol Chair by Theo Zizka was designed with the limitations of a maximum dimension (80cm/31.5") and a frame fashioned from a single small slab of maple wood.

Details: In maple, cotton, leather, and steel buckles. Means "sheep chair" in Danish. "The product of a summer in Copenhagen, studying furniture design at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad."

Designer: Theo Zizka graduated in 2014 with a BFA from the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art and Design, and is based in Washington, DC.
