Magic light: Crystal Rock Lights by Arik Levy for Lasvit encase LEDs in roughly sculpted, precisely cut, translucent gem-like pendants that appear to be floating in mid-air.

Details: Fabrication combines "artistic glass making and advanced gluing techniques." Created for Czech glass lighting specialist, Lasvit .

Designer: Artist/photographer/designer/filmmaker Arik Levy came from Israel, graduated in industrial design from the Art Center Europe in Switzerland (1991), spent some design time in Japan, then returned to Europe. His studio is in Paris.
