Lovecraft Light by Eddy Sykes

Silicone chandelier: Lovecraft Light by Eddy Sykes recasts the chandelier concept in soft, pigmented silicone, with three levels of brightness controlled by air pressure via a squeeze bulb on a suspended steel arm.

Details: Neutral pure white light comes from eight pencil lead-thin (2.6mm) cold cathode neon tubes housed in protective borosilicate glass. Mount on ceiling or wall, or free-standing with a floorstand. Each unit is hand cast and assembled.

Designer: Detroit-reared artist/architect/industrial designer Eddie Sykes is based in LA, with studios in Detroit and LA, and is the principal of ChersonProm, an LA architectural, "multidisciplinary 3D" design firm.
