Like a stone casually tossed: House in the Woods by Hayakawa/Kowalczyk, a family home in an undeveloped, wooded region outside of Warsaw, Poland, presents a faceted volume, with windows placed and sized seemingly at random, the irregular, stone-like impression reinforced by grey brick and a zinc titanium steel roof.
