MOCO LOCO is 10 years on the web this year, to mark the occasion this week we're talking to designers from where we began, our home town of Montreal. We asked designer Lambert Rainville which work initially got him the most attention.

Crown vase

"Am I famous? If I am, it's probably because of Crown vase, a vase that arranges rigid stem flowers in a free-standing and decorative structure." says Rainville.

"I was trying to invent a grid to make it easy for anyone to create a nice flower arrangement. I treated the flower stems as the material of the vase. It quickly became a balancing act and achieved unprecedented results."
