A gutted and rebuilt third floor interior and rooftop addon create spacious volumes behind an 1800s tenement facade in Carved Duplex by SPACECUTTER, a makeover to an architect-inhabited 1800s tenement that originally offered long and narrow, railroad-style apartments.
