Floating above the water, creating a sculptural reflection, Lake Rotsee Refuge by Afgh Architekten is a three-storey wooden structure designed to serve three weeks of watersport events held annually on this lake in Lucerne, Switzerland.

In season, sliding, pivoting panels open it all up to the action. Pilings are concrete; a timber dock connects to shore. Via designboom.
