A precise renovation in the heart of Buenos Aires, Venturini House by Adamo-Faiden updates a structure with a past.

Originally a rental unit accommodating landlord at the street-facing front, tenants tucked away in the back, later repurposed as a tenement, now with the original spaces reclaimed, and key additions of a mezzanine and a lightweight, multipurpose new volume on the roof.
