Based on experimentation at the Museum's TextielLab, employing advanced techniques like embroidery on a water-soluble base that dissolves away, a collection of tablecloth, tablerunner, placemats, napkin rings replace depictions of traditional Dutch motifs - fish, fruit, shellfish, artichokes - with 3D perspective grid-drawings set on crisp white linen.
