Architect Benedetta Tagliabue has created a contemporary armchair with rattan, a traditional, typically artisanal, material.

Tagliabue is known for having developed several architectural projects using similar materials to the ones that inspired the Tina rattan collection for Expormim, such as the Spanish Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo 2010.
