Simplification was the makeover key to PC House by XVA - Xavier Vilalta Arquitectura, a summer home only meters from the Mediterranean in Tarragona, Spain. The preexisting structural skeleton, including window positioning, remained the same, while old details - arches and the like - were streamlined out of the picture.
