Nymphea Pendant Lamp by Vaulot&Dyevre

Messing with the familiar chandelier concept of lighting from above, Nymphea by Vaulot&Dyevre suspends lights from the ceiling, only to have them float lily pad-like just above the floor, the metal disks creating the illusion of an invisible surface.

"The observer can think that one has his feet in the water of an imaginary pond," suggest the French designers. The un-chandelier, Galerie Gosserez edition, is limited to 15 units per model, seven colours, and two prototypes.
