Via @stilsucht, a traditional deck chair is extended with a removable sunshade.

"The construction of the sunshade is a wooden frame similar to the frame of back legs, resulting in a strong X form when the sunshade is open. The weight of the wooden cylinder is pulling the fabric of the sun-shade to the ground when the user pushes the sunshade frame backwards."
