Sweep Table by Lucas Martin

From Lucas Martin, a table that takes inspiration from Japanese rock gardens with glass vessels that break the tabletop surface, doubling as functional containers.

Says Martin, "A culmination of three elemental materials, the Sweep table embodies the harmony that exists between beauty and strength."

The table top is created from several planks glued together, pieces of which were cut from a single 12 foot white oak board. The blown glass vessels are cut and polished to be parallel to the table's surface.
