Interior organization flips the usual division of public and private space, with communal areas located on the upper level to command spectacular views. Rather spacious at 3379 sqf, the cedar-clad house offers ample guest bicycle parking and to-the-door wagon access on this car-free island. More at Resolution: 4 Architecture. Photos: RES4.
