A house renovation and addition in St-Hubert, Quebec. The clients wanted to add a second story to their small bungalow but a poor foundation wouldn't allow it. The solution was to expand the rear of home.

Plasse Rasselet architects' Résidence St-Hubert is the winner of Quebec's Ordre des architectes 2011 Award of Excellence in Architecture for a residential project under $250,000.
