Sessantuna Table by Gaetano Pesce
by sabine7 / October 29, 2010
Gaetano Pesce's Sessantuna project for Cassina is a series of 61 unique resin tables that represent 1861, the year that Italian Unification was completed. When placed together, the tables make up the shape of the Italian peninsula, including the blue-bordered islands.

An update of the Sansone table, no longer in production, Sessantuna sports independent legs that can be positioned according to taste. The tables are being auctioned off by Cassina.
