Swedish designer Cate Högdahl and her Spanish counterpart Nelson Ruiz-Acal, known for their furniture designs, have designed an ankle high shoe.




They describe the ankle-high design as a meeting point between a classic shape and high tech. Knitted fabric wraps around the foot and meets in a V-shaped cut at the heel.



"We wanted to design a shoe that would wrap around the foot and feel natural without losing its needed elegance, form and personality" say the designers.
