Via @designboom, a chair that uses fabric as both the upholstery and the structure for support. While doing research on the subject designer Gilli Kuchik found that upholstery as a discipline had "remained fairly stagnant throughout its history" and decided to do something about it. In her Industrial Upholstery chair two kinds of polyurethane are injected into the fabric, hi-density polyurethane for construction and polyurethane foam for comfort.
