From Gaia & Gino, a collection of tabletop objects inspired by Turkish Nazar charms that are carried or displayed to protect their owner from the evil eye or bad luck, "Reinterpreted by Sebastian Bergne for today's world as a family of objects with oversize motifs that seem to watch over us." The EYE family of tabletop objects is the product of a collaboration between designer Bergne, manufacturer Gaia & Gino, Crystal manufacturer Swarovski and a five hundred year old tradition of Iznik ceramics.


"The pieces are made in the traditional Iznik factories of western Anatolia using a quartz based clay and glaze recipe that goes back hundreds of years. The inclusion of the powerful Swarovski crystals, add texture and light to the pupil and bring these stunning objects to life."
