Stellar is the latest lighting by Tokujin Yoshioka for this year's Swarovski Crystal Palace in Milan next month. In Yoshioka's words, Stellar is like "a star, descended from the sky emitting many rays of light in the space."




A new work based on Venus, Yoshioka's natural crystal chair, will also be part of the exhibition. Tiny natural crystals grow slowly in an aquarium, out of a block of polyester fibre, to take the form of a chair, and now this idea has evolved to include Swarovski crystals.
