Tauber-Cabinet by Sebastian Herkner
by sabine7 / January 15, 2010
A submission from Sebastian Herkner, the Tauber-Cabinet is inspired by the coverings of ventilation shafts. A sideboard/bench hybrid, the Tauber-Cabinet employs brass that is bent in such a way as to stabilize the construction. Set upon an oak base with steel legs, the cabinet's character is made warmer and it becomes more useful. Tauber-Cabinet will be shown at IMM Cologne next week.
