Watertower of Living by Zecc Architecten
by Harry / November 9, 2009
Via @ArchDaily, an 80 year old decommissioned water tower is converted into a 9-floor 21st century home. Located in Soest, The Netherlands, and designed by Zecc Architecten, the project faced several challenges, "letting more daylight in and strengthening the relationship with the back courtyard by inserting a three-level high window frame; ensuring an effective, efficient layout for several small round rooms that lay one on top of the other, while preserving the tower's spaciousness."
