The Indemann is a 270 ton, 36 meter high steel sculpture & observation tower built on a brown coal dump near Inden, Germany. It has a semitransparent skin made of stainless steel mesh with interwoven LEDs and a computer-controlled illumination system, which combined creates a light show visible for miles at night. The tower is a new industrial landmark and a symbol of the area's evolution from a coal dump to an amusement park and an innovative economic area. Watch the video.
