Colourful light sculptures from dNASAb's dataclysmic series are like 3D explosions in space. Made from a variety of materials such as LED screens, digital media players, LEDs, resin, phosphorescent silicon, plastic, fiber optics, welded steel, aluminum and acrylic, these pieces conjure up images of science-fiction artifacts from another dimension. These multimedia sculptures marry the worlds of data, digital technology and materials, offering a view of what might be going on behind the circuit boards, or "life behind the screens."
