Okay, we're the first to admit that this is a game, not a book and that the art is not at all contemporary. But BIS has done such a lovely job of producing the memory/matching game that it is almost like a book in a different, more hands-on format. And it is no run-of-the-mill matching game, either, as the two cards to be paired are not the same but of a theme. One pair might be two different self-portraits, another could be vases of different flowers, or perhaps a sketch and the resulting painting. Not as easy as you might think. The works are all culled from the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.
