1000 poems by mail by luzinterruptus
by sabine7 / December 21, 2010

Luzinterruptus strikes again - this time in a most poetic fashion. The guerrilla lighting artists filled one thousand envelopes with poems written by 17 poets on the occasion of a recent poetry festival in Madrid. The leaves of poetry were left to hang in the venue's garden for three days. On the last night, one hundred were offered to visitors to be sent to their loved ones with light still inside as a reminder of the not-so-distant past when special words were dispatched by post.
