As we are, in some areas, on the cusp of the opening of hunting season (listen, we don't make the rules), this bronze and enamel sculpture by Baltazar Torres seems to fit the bill. There won't be much of a contemplative life as the shots ring out, so any islands of a perfect world will have to be strictly within the imagination.
