Ayako Rokkaku tries her artistic hand at anime in a film project called About Us, the story about a girl who links the past to the future. Rokkaku's kawaii style translates well to film, and the lack of computer-generated animation adds an original touch to the usually perfect style of anime. Rokkaku has collaborated with Kentaro Kawaguchi of 54-71, who provides a pop soundtrack to the film.About Us will be shown at Scope Basel.
